What are the 2023 Berlin public holidays? If you work for a company in Berlin, you’re probably already planning your vacation for 2023… particularly if you have children in Berlin schools or Kitas, coordinating with colleagues can be a nightmare. This should help.
There are ten public holidays per year in Berlin. In 2023, 9 of them fall on a weekday, which is not a bad outcome! Make the most of “Brückentagen” (work days that fall in between public holidays and weekends) to maximise the length of your trips without burning through all your vacation days. If you work full-time in Germany on a 5-day week, you should have at least 20 vacation days to plan.
