You can apply by post or by email for a Meldebescheinigung, or we can do it for you for 15 EUR. In any case it will arrive by post. Unless it’s an absolute emergency, I wouldn’t visit right now.
Is the Agentur für Arbeit office still open for walk-ins at this time? I tried to call their hotline several times but their not answering.
Hi Mike, no the offices are closed to the general public but you can get through by phone. I’ve called 0800 4555500 at least 3 times this week so far and I’ve gotten through within a couple of minutes. Or you can use their eServices online to get stuff done.
