Farewell, Konstantin

April 8, 2016 by Kathleen Parker Leave a Comment

Red Tape Translation is more than a bit devastated to lose Konstantin from our team of interpreters and translators. Konstantin began interpreting and translating with us just after graduating from his Masters in Political Science. Sadly for us, he’s managed to snap up a fantastic and demanding full-time job opportunity in Berlin.

Konstantin will be working with refugees as a mobile educational consultant, visiting their camps to help them get their educational qualifications recognised, find suitable educational or training programs, and re-enter the job market. There will be a lot of interpreting and translating involved, so he is certainly well-prepared.

Here’s what he had to say about working for Red Tape Translation:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for this opportunity! I would have loved to continue our cooperation, had I been offered a part time contract with my employer instead.
Interpreting for Red Tape has been a truly fun and rewarding experience for me, and many of the skills that I learned on the job will serve me well in my new role. You have a great thing going on here and are doing a wonderful job. This is also true for your clients and partners. It is not necessarily a given that freelancers get lucky enough to have a business partner as professional, reliable, diligent and friendly as you are.
Thanks also go out to Kim for her wonderful organisational skills of course! Thank you for always being there, taking care of all requests and organising everything so efficiently!
Konstantin, it was a pleasure having you on the team. We wish you all the best at your new job.
Cheers,
Kathleen Parker
