You’ve heard it’s hard to find a flat in Berlin. We confirm it’s true. But you might not have a few thousand to give to a relocation agency to find you an apartment. So we’re here to tell you how to do it yourself, as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will arm you with tools to give you the best chances of success.

    We will
    – assess your expectations for price, size, location, features (and manage them if necessary)
    – introduce you to the tools that most people use to find apartments and explain how they work
    – show you how to increase your chances of getting a viewing
    – Send you a list of alternative contacts and sources to approach for finding an apartment
    – Help you put together a complete document package in German for your situation that you can send off at the drop of a hat
