Please include the following documents as PDF or Word files: loan agreement (Darlehensvertrag), including the general terms and conditions for real estate financing (Allgemeine Darlehensbedingungen für Immobilienfinanzierungen), the declaration of purpose (Zweckerklärung), the blank payment instruction order form (Auszahlungsanweisung) and the ESIS (ESIS-Merkblatt).     If you are financing part of your loan with one bank and part with another (ING and KfW, for example), then we have double the amount of text to translate - around 60 pages instead of 30. The loans might look the same, but they're not identical, so we need to translate both of them.
