    How does it work?

    Hire me to help you prepare for your WEG (owners’ association) annual general meeting or to interpret at the meeting itself.

    How long does it take?

    A typical meeting goes for 1-3 hours and is scheduled in the early evening on a weekday. The duration depends on what’s on the agenda and how efficient your property manager is at planning and running meetings.

    If you choose to hire me to help you understand the agenda so you can prepare your vote in advance of the meeting, I’d allow 1-2 hours online to go through the agenda with you. I can’t tell you how to vote, but I can explain the agenda to you and help you make your own decisions! You could then send your vote to the property manager in advance and you don’t have to attend the meeting at all.
